Tureng - an annual, shallow-rooted herb, usually growing to a height of about 15 to 45 cm, characterized by succulent stems, shiny, heart-shaped, fleshy leaves and tiny, dot-like seeds attached to several fruiting spikes (peperomia pellucida)
